Cancellations Policies: In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services for any reason, whether avoidable or unavoidable, it is imperative to notify us via email or phone. Cancellation charges will be applicable from the date of receipt of notification, and the charges are outlined as follows:
Less than 10 days before the date of travel: 100% of the Package Cost as a cancellation charge.
10 to 20 days before the date of travel: 60% of the advance payment will be refunded.
20 to 30 days before the date of travel: 50% of the advance payment will be refunded.
More than 45 days before the date of travel: Full refund of the advance payment, excluding processing fees.
Suppose you have already made an advance payment. In that case, you also have the option to reschedule the dates of travel based on availability, in the event of any unavoidable circumstances, within 60 days.
